Career
He began his career as Head of the Academic Department at the Escola Superior Pedagógica da Lunda Norte, in Dundo, Angola, where he was responsible for coordinating academic and administrative activities.
His legal experience was enriched as a Legal Advisor to the Legal Department at Grupo Zahara in Luanda, Angola, where he managed litigation processes in several areas of law and drafted legal opinions and memoranda.
Since 2016, he has been a University Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Agostinho Neto University in Luanda, Angola, teaching Family Law and General Theory of Civil Law.
Since 2018, he has been a Partner Lawyer at Costa & Castro – Sociedade de Advogados, RL, Luanda, Angola, offering legal advice and dealing with processes in civil law, family law, public-private partnerships, private investments, public procurement, banking and insurance.
